The highest quality videos do have DRM in place and come in WMV and are at384kbps at a screen resolution of 320x240 and 1.49Mbps at a size of 640x480. Other streaming and download options are: Real Media and WMV - 240x180 at 121kbps and 320 x 240 at a bitrate of 384 Kbps. There are also MP4's, however, these are only available in clips taken from the full movies. These are at a screen resolution of 320x240 and of decent quality. The action is well caught in all the videos I have ever seem at Men Over 30, with the last few years of productions getting better as time goes on. |

The galleries are seen in a standard thumbnail format, with the portrait pics at a resolution of 538px × 800px and landscapes at 800px × 538px. Each pic set contains an average of 100 pics per. I would call the quality amateur to good, with some great moments from the shoots caught well.
