Introduction - Homo Emo first came on the gay porn scene in December of 2008. The only site of it's kind, they are dedicated completely to Emo boys. If you aren't familiar with the term Emo, they are a rock subculture who usually listen to melodic hard rock, do funky hairdos and like facial piercings. Videos - There are 92 exclusive videos taken from HD video inside Homo Emo. Each can be viewed in several ways on each video page. Embedded flash streams at their full size of 768x432 are available under each description of each shoot and are of good quality. Under the flash video are wmv and mov versions. Each format comes at a lower bitrate of 1Mbps and a better quality version of 3Mbps. All are at their full size of 768x432. DRM is not in place for any of the videos at Homo Emo and downloads came in very fast for me. The higher bitrate versions are of course the best quality. The videos range in length on average from 13 minutes to just under 30 minutes and capture the action very well.
Images - Members have 2 types of images to enjoy inside Homo Emo - photo galleries and video captures. The captures can be found on each video page and all are viewable in landscape format at a size of 768x432. These are of average to good quality, with the latest captures from the most recent videos being the best. Although a bit repetitive at times, they certainly capture all the fine moments from the videos. An average of 100 images per set are available. The photo galleries - which match the videos - come at a landscape size of 1280x848, with the portaits at 848x1280. As with the screencaps, they can be viewed in a flash gallery and can be downloaded in zip files. An average of 10-50 pictures make up each set.
Final Word - Homo Emo offers up something quite unique in a porn market that is usually oversaturated with the same old thing. With a name like Homo Emo, you know you're getting something fresh though, and these guys live up to their name. The models are 100% emo and they are definitely gay, or at least willing to engage in solo and boy-to-boy sexual fun. I found most of the twinks cute and they're about as horny as you can imagine. The content is taped with high definition equipment, so you know the quality is there.
